web pothole 2.jpg

This illustrates how asphalt deteriorates, leading to the formation of a pothole. This occurs due to the freezing and thawing of water that penetrates the surface, a process known as "heaving."

Full Break 2.jpg

This phenomenon is known as a Full Break. It occurs due to the processes of thaw and freezing. The asphalt becomes completely separated, enabling water to penetrate further and cause additional deterioration.

Hot crack fill 2.jpg

Hot rubberized crack filling prevents water from penetration and further weakening the base structure and heaving the asphalt upward.

Alligator-Cracking.jpg

This phenomenon is known as Alligator Cracking. It signifies the most severe stage of decomposition. If your asphalt appears this way, the affected area should be removed and replaced.
